Walk 4 Autism

What began as a simple effort to help their cousin has turned into a county-wide crusade for two local teens. Elizabeth and Erica Sluder wanted to do something for their four year-old cousin Zach after he was diagnosed with autism.  So, they organized a walk to raise money. One after another, local merchants, civic groups, and residents embraced the plan.

Already a huge success, the event is scheduled for April 5th at the Belen High School track. Donations will be accepted at the walk and also on their website – www.walk4autism.com.

Take time to support these great kids and their great cause

to date, there has been no cure for autism yet and we always hope that stem cell research can cure it*.*
