		<description>Sorry to hear that... I&#039;m surprised though. Our county (Serbia) is quite poor, however we&#039;ve got a relatively high education standard. Probably the leftover of the communist regime. What could cause such a low standard in New Mexico?</description>

		<description>Good education is a matter of good teaching. I believe in public schools. I&#039;ve been in them except in my kindergarten. Haha. But anyway, It&#039;s just too bad that those things are happening in Mexico. The Philippine education is struggling, although the economy is suffering, Filipinos always have education is a priority. Parents in here believe that the only treasure they can pass to their children is good education, and kids also believe that it is education that will take them higher so the choice is always to study hard despite the poverty crisis and all that.

I know Mexico is a richer country in terms of economy. But al that blaming just won&#039;t do good to anyone. Just think of the poor students! I hope things will turn out fine.</description>
